Marc- Vivien Foe's Award: Moukandjo and Njie are nominees

The two Cameroon internationals  of french Ligue 1 are approached for the title of best African player of the championship of France , on behalf of the current season . Benjamin Moukandjo and Njie Clinton are the only Cameroonian footballers whose names appear on the list of ten nominees .

Both Indomitable Lions are competing with Ghanaian Ayew brothers, Andre and Jordan, the Ivorian Max-Alain Gradel, and the Nigerian Vincent Enyeama, winner of the 2014 version. The name of his successor will be announced on May 18 . It should be noted that this award was created in 2009 by France24 and RFI in memory of Cameroonian footballer , Foe who died in France, in 2003. And since the creation of this award, no Cameroonian player has ever won it!
